Disputes & Reversal
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place, you agree to notify us immediately to enable us to take action to help prevent financial loss.
All claims related to payments should be made within 30 (thirty) days after the date of such payment. It will be taken that you waive all claims against us to the fullest extent of the law after the said period. Your transaction ID and/or transaction details will be required to resolve all disputes.
Indemnity
By using PlyVerd's services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlyVerd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

PlyVerd does not guarantee visa approval, as decisions are made by immigration authorities.
We are not liable for delays or changes in immigration policies that affect applications OR for delays caused by third-party institutions, such as embassies or payment providers.

PLYVERD IS NOT A TRADITIONAL LAW FIRM, NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY, AND NOT A GOVERNMENT IMMIGRATION AGENCY OR OUR OWNER'S LAWYERS, HENCE, WE PROVIDE LIMITED IMMIGRATION SERVICES THROUGH ATTORNEYS, VISA CONSULTANTS, AND PARTNERS. WE ARE NOT A CONSULATE, NOR AN EMBASSY, NOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
Right To Information Sharing
PlyVerd has the right to share information about users and their transactions with regulators, acquirers, issuers, law enforcement, and other authorities to comply with legal requirements. This sharing is important to prevent fraud, investigate suspicious transactions, and maintain the security of our platform.
This information sharing is also crucial for us to fulfill our responsibilities as a trusted intermediary, allowing us to respond quickly to potential risks and support a transparent service environment that promotes trust for all parties.
Updates, Modifications & Amendments

We reserve the right to make changes to this Terms of Service at any time by giving notice to users on this page. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and governed by the laws currently in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United States.
Legal Disputes
We shall make an effort to settle all disputes amicably. Any dispute arising out of this Terms of Service, which cannot be settled, by mutual agreement/negotiation within 1 (one) month shall be submitted for mediation under the rules of a mutually agreed mediation center in Nigeria, failing which the aggrieved Party shall seek redress in a Court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
Severability
If any portion of these Terms of Service is held by any court or tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then that part shall be severed from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part in this Terms of Service.
Dispute and Cancellation Policy
This policy establishes a clear and transparent framework for managing and resolving transaction disputes and cancellations. It outlines the principles, procedures, and timelines for resolution, ensuring a structured and fair approach for all parties involved.

Dispute Policy
Objective
The primary objective of this policy is to ensure timely, fair, and transparent resolutions for disputes that may arise from transactions on the PlyVerd platform. This policy aims to protect the rights and interests of all parties while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Types of Disputes and Resolution Timelines
Disputes may arise due to discrepancies in service quality, payment issues, or miscommunication between users and PlyVerd. The resolution process requires evidence, such as receipts, transaction records, and any other relevant information depending on the service category.
1. Service Quality Issues
Customers must report any dissatisfaction with the quality of a completed service within 24 hours. Once a complaint is received, PlyVerd will conduct an investigation. If it is determined that the service was substandard, the service provider will be required to rectify the issue within seven (7) business days.
2. Payment Discrepancies
Any discrepancies related to payments must be reported within 48 hours of detection. PlyVerd aims to investigate and resolve such issues within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
3. Scope of Work or Miscommunication
If a dispute arises due to a misunderstanding about the scope of work, customers are encouraged to report it as soon as it is identified, preferably within 24 hours. PlyVerd will mediate between the parties involved and strive to resolve the matter within three (3) business days.
4. Cancellation and Refund Requests
Requests for cancellations must be reported within 24 hours of initiating the cancellation. PlyVerd will assess the request and process any applicable refunds based on the company's refund policy. Resolution for cancellations and refunds is expected to be completed within fifteen (15) business days.
By adhering to these timelines, PlyVerd ensures that disputes are handled efficiently and fairly, minimizing disruptions to users while maintaining the integrity of our services.
In some cases, mediation or arbitration may be required if an agreement cannot be reached through the standard resolution process.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for all parties involved. This policy ensures that cancellations, whether initiated by the customer or the service provider, follow a structured process.
Customers may cancel a service request at any time before the service is initiated. However, to be eligible for any refunds or adjustments, the cancellation request must meet the following conditions:
Cancellation Guidelines
- Advance Notice Requirement: Customers must notify the service provider through the PlyVerd platform at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a partial refund (subject to a 30% charge).
- Cancellation After Service Initiation: Refunds will not be granted, as the service provider has already commenced work.
- Cancellation Due to Government or Regulatory Issues: If the cancellation is due to government-related restrictions, government fees may be refunded, while PlyVerd's service fee is subject to a 30% charge (if the client was not at fault).
- Refund Processing Time: Approved cancellations with refund eligibility will be processed within 15 to 20 business days.
