Refund Policy

At PlyVerd Inc., we operate a strict no-refund policy on all professional, service, and subscription fees across all services. However, refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Government Fees Collected but Not Paid – If government fees collected have not yet been remitted, they are refundable.
  • Cancellation within 24 Hours of Payment – Service cancellations made within 24 hours of payment, with a valid reason, are eligible for a refund minus a 30% charge (100% refunds are not available).
  • Service Infeasibility Due to Government Authorities – If a government entity cancels or rejects an application for reasons beyond our control:
    • Government fees will be refunded in full.
    • PlyVerd's service fee is subject to a 30% charge, provided the client does not default or opt to apply the collected fee toward other services.
  • Service Unavailability – If PlyVerd ceases operations, users may be eligible for a refund of unfulfilled services.
  • We will do a full refund if we fail to complete the process within the 5 business days where all documentation has been provided, the visa route is still active and there are no government or government visa partner-related delays.

Important Conditions for Refunds

  • All required documentation must be provided within seven (7) days of the service request for any refund eligibility.
  • Refunds will not be issued where delays or service failures result from incomplete user-provided information, government-related restrictions, or regulatory complications.
  • Once an application process has begun, refunds are not possible due to immediate access to resources and tools.
  • Any government has the authority to halt a visa route, and this is beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will ensure that the fees paid are applied to a different service.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days and credited to the designated bank account.

Non-Refundable Services

Once government filings, regulatory submissions, or third-party transactions have been initiated, no refunds will be issued for:

  • Fees paid to government agencies.
  • Third-party service provider fees (e.g., legal, compliance, or regulatory agents).

Also, initial consultation fees are non-refundable.

Finally, incomplete documentation results in no refunds, except for any government fees that have not been paid.
